The Company is engaged in the business of investment and finance and other related NBFC activities. The Company is a non-banking financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The Company is a non-deposit taking NBFC and does not take any deposit from public. Since the asset size of the Company is less than Rs. 500 crores; it is a non-systemically important NBFC.

The primary business of our company is to provide loans and advances and finance, mainly to the body corporate and also to certain non-body corporates. The major source of income of the company is the interest income, which is earned from loans and advances provided by the company to various body corporate and non-body corporates. Apart from the above, the Company is also engaged in the business of making investment in securities of group companies and other body corporates.
