The Company was initially incorporated on 11th February, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Company under the name and style as Goldedge Estate and Investments Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation No. 55-47541, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana. Further the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation letter dated 08th February, 1996, issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.

The name of the Company was changed after conversion into a Public Limited Company vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation letter dated 08th February, 1996, issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.

 

The Company is engaged in the business of investment and finance and other related NBFC activities. TheCompany is a non banking financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The Company is a non deposit taking NBFC and does not take any deposit from public. Since the asset size of the Company is less than Rs. 500 crores; it is a non-systemically important NBFC.
